Effect of different treatments on RAW264.7 murine macrophage cells. RAW 264.7 cells were cultured in 100-mm dishes at a density of 106cells/cm2 and allowed to settle for 16 h. After 16 h of incubation, the medium was discarded and the cells were pre-treated as mentioned above. The cells were then stimulated with 1 µg/ml LPS for 24 h except for the control group.
