Phylogenetic tree of endophytic fungi isolated from H. fomes (Buch. -Ham), which was constructed based on rDNA sequence (ITS1, 5.8S, and ITS 4) by using UPGMA. The bootstrap consensus tree inferred from 1000 replicates. Branches corresponding to partitions reproduced in less than 50% bootstrap replicates are collapsed. All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated from the dataset (complete deletion option)
