About the Editor
Professor Mohamed H. Khedr, Beni-Suef University, Egypt
Professor Mohamed Khedr was born in June 1963, Egypt. As a graduate from the Faculty of Science, Cairo University, he continued his development to become a professor of material science and nanotechnology.
Currently, Professor Khedr is titled as the Vice President of Beni-Suef University for Education and Student Affairs. In 2016, he was awarded the state prize for Excellence in Science for Advanced Technology as well as being presented the University Appreciation Award, 2015.
He has published 75 papers in international journals and 15 funded research projects with local and international associations. He established the first faculty for postgraduates and advanced research which award diploma, master and PhD degrees.
Aims and scope
Beni-Suef University Journal of Basic and Applied Sciences (BJBAS) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that welcomes submissions of original research, literature reviews, and editorials in its respected fields of basic science; applied science (with a special focus on the fields of applied nanotechnology and biotechnology); medical sciences; pharmaceutical sciences and engineering. The multidisciplinary aspects of the journal encourage global collaboration between researchers in multiple fields and provide cross-disciplinary dissemination of findings.
