LPS-induced total nitric oxide (TNO) production in RAW 264.7 cells. Cells were stimulated with the increasing (0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, and 3 µg/ml) concentrations of LPS for 24 h to determine the LPS dose for the study. The treated and untreated cell culture media were used to measure the amount of TNO to evaluate NO production. The level of TNO production in LPS stimulated cells were expressed as fold changes relative to the control group. All data are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 3). The values are statistically significant at *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01; ***p < 0.001 as compared to the control group (one-way ANOVA)
